Cowan (Exelon Generation Company, LLC) to U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, "Submittal of Relief Requests Associated with the Fourth Inservice Inspection (lSI) Interval," dated August 10, 2010 In the Reference 1 letter, Exelon Generation Company, LLC submitted for your review and approval relief requests associated with the fourth Inservice Inspection (lSI) interval for Three Mile Island Nuclear Station (TMI), Unit 1. Relief Request 14R-01 concerned the expanded applicability for use of ASME Code Case N-513-2. As discussed in Federal Register 75 FR 61321 (October 5,2010), Code Case N-513-3 has been approved for use in Regulatory Guide 1.147, Revision 16. Accordingly, Relief Request 14R-01 is no longer needed and is being withdrawn.
