Dear Mr. Franke:
This letter is to inform you that effective October 24, 2010, Ms. Farideh E. Saba returned from a rotational assignment, and was reassigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Licensing Project Manager (PM) for Crystal River Unit 3 (CR-3).
Mr. Siva P. Lingam will serve as the backup PM. Mr. Lingam will also serve as the lead PM for activities related to the planned Extended Power Uprate (EPU) amendment request for CR-3 and Ms. Saba will serve as the backup PM for EPU.
