- Carleen, You are correct, per discussion with the Millstone Engineering department this is a typo.
Section 3 of the request should state the Applicable Code Requirement is from the 2004 Edition (No Addenda) of the ASME Code Section XI.

FW: Clarification for Relief Request RR-04-06 Afternoon, As a follow-up to our earlier phone conversation, can you please verify the following:
In the Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. (DNC), submittal for Relief Request RR-04-06 for Use of PDI Qualified Procedures, Personnel and Equipment for Non-Appendix VIII RPV Shell-to-Flange Weld, DNC states in Section 2 that the Applicable Code Edition and Addenda is the 2004 Edition (No Addenda) of the ASME Code,Section XI. However, in Section 3 of the request, DNC states that the Applicable Code Requirement is from the 2001 Edition (No Addenda) of the ASME Code Section XI. Please verify that this date in Section 3 is a typo, and it should be 2004.
