Below is a summary of the Westinghouse Licensing Document Submittal schedule. The following notes apply:

1. The 3 non Common Q PAMS items are highlighted in green. These are follow up actions and have no impact on the NRC review schedule.

2. The Common Q PAMS items that are beyond the 12/31/10 NRC completion date are highlighted in yellow.

a. The FAT has been accepted as an open item by the NRC.

b. The as-tested hardware drawings are not an issue.

3. When possible, we allowed 2 weeks from document receipt for TVA Licensing to get the document to the NRC

4. For documents that we have not seen before, we allowed 3 weeks from document receipt to get the document to the NRC.

5. The table is sorted by document receipt from Westinghouse date.
