- Bill, At least 30 minutes before the start of the meeting, TVA needs to give the ACRS Designated Federal Official (DFO) 35 full size copies of the slides for the ACRS S/C members, the transcriber, the ACRS staff, and the FACA files. TVA also needs to bring 50 copies for the public; these copies can have multiple slides per page.
One electronic copy of the TVA presentation should be e-mailed to the DFO on October 5, 2010. If TVA cannot provide an electronic copy of the slides in this timeframe, TVA should provide the DFO with a CD containing the presentation at least 30 minutes before the meeting.
The earlier that you send the slides the better to make sure that it gets on the ACRS laptop without any problems. I would suggest that you bring a backup thumb drive and CD containing the presentation in case glitches are encountered.
