LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike Room O-16B04 Rockville, MD 20852 PURPOSE: The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the significance, cause, and corrective action associated with apparent violations involving inadequate decommissioning financial assurance. The apparent violation is discussed in NRC Letter (ADAMS ML102660077).

CATEGORY 1*: This meeting is a Category 1 meeting, meaning the public is invited to observe and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
