OYSTER CREEK Emergency Class

NON EMERGENCY Incidental intake of one live sea turtle in Bay 5 at the intake. Turtle is alive and in good health. National Marine Fisheries Service will be contacted. The Marine Mammal Standing Center in Brigantine, NJ will pick up the turtle.

The NRC Resident Inspector has been notified.

Notified the R1DO(Joustra) and Endandered Species Group via e-mail.
