Buried Piping Questions Hi we have several questions, info requests and would like a briefing on Wednesday of next week, I am unavailable on Tues, Thurs, and Weds (11:45a - 1:15p) CDT. Louis Carson and I are both available from 9 CDT to 2:30 CDT to begin the meetings. We would like the following documents:
- 1) Other underground piping studies, if they exist
- 2) Cathodic protection studies
- 3) Site drawings of your buried piping and your cathodic protection system
- 4) Procedures for surveillance/maintenance of the cathodic protection system
- 5) Groundwater piping initiative risk ranking guide, methodology, procedure and a list of specific components included (i.e., outside tanks)
- 6) Copy of the first two license renewal drawings electronically - the index of scoping boundary codes and the list of drawings Discussions related to
- 7) What sort of overlap exists with the piping included in the NEI 07-07 ground water initiative and the underground piping initiative
- 8) Progress & scope of the risk ranking of the piping included in the NEI initiative on underground piping
- 9) Actual scope of plans for evaluating buried piping and how that relates to the criteria in the draft GALL Report (i.e., will your plans to meet NEI piping study encompass as a minimum the draft GALL systems and reviews and portions or all of the systems carrying groundwater)
- 10) From your groundwater piping initiative (GPI), we have your risk ranking of likelihood and consequence to establish a priority. We would like some discussion on this and if related to buried piping what specifically it covers.
