Hackett, Executive Director Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards Bo Pham, Chief Projects Branch 1 Division of License Rene Office of Nuclear Reactor Regula *on ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON REACTOR SAFEGUARDS REVIEW OF THE HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATION, LICENSE RENEWAL APPLICATION - SAFETY EVALUATION REPORT WITH OPEN ITEMS The license renewal staff and technical branches have completed their review of the Hope Creek Generating Station (HCGS) license renewal application (LRA) and have issued the "Safety Evaluation Report With Open Items Related to the License Renewal of Hope Creek Generating Station, Docket No. 50-354." We request that the Advisory Sub-Committee on Reactor Safeguards (ACRS) review the staff's Safety Evaluation Report With Open Items for the HCGS LRA. The HCGS LRA is currently scheduled for review by the ACRS Sub-Committee in November 2010. The required copies of the pertinent documents have already been delivered to the ACRS (Point of Contact, Michael Benson at 301 -415-6396).
