Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket Nos. 50-219 Licens~e Amendment Request Application for Environmental Technical Specification Change Exelon Nuclear submitted the proposed change to the Oyster Creek Environmental Technical Specifications by letter to the NRC dated June 11, 2010. This proposed change would transfer responsibility for reviews and audits of compliance with Environmental Technical Specifications to an independent group as delineated in the Quality Assurance Program. Currently, this responsibility rests with the Environmental Programs Group or the Site Vice President.
