STAFF REVIEW OF THE BRUNSWICK STEAM ELECTRIC PLANT INDEPENDENT SPENT FUEL STORAGE INSTALLATION PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN AND VERIFICATION OF ASM INCORPORATION On July 15, 2010, a Security Inspection conducted by Kenneth Davis, Andrea True, and Ivan Hall, from Region II, verified that the Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation located at the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant, has successfully met the objectives outlined in the temporary instruction 2690/008 and IP 81001.1 dated October 17, 2007. The Inspection Report numbers are 05000325/2010403 and 05000324/2010403. Based on our review, we have determined that the Brunswick Physical Security Plan has met the performance objectives and general requirements outlined in Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulation, Section 73.55, the October 2002 order and the Additional Security Measures imposed by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
