By Reference 1, Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota corporation (NSPM), submitted a letter notifying the NRC that NSPM is withdrawing the letter of intent to transition the fire protection licensing basis for Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant (MNGP) to 10 CFR 50.48(c) for MNGP.
By this letter, NSPM confirms that no formal commitments have been made as part of the transition to 10 CFR 50.48(c).
