COLUMBIA GENERATING STATION - SUPERSESSION OF EMERGENCY ACTION LEVEL SCHEME CHANGE TO NEI99-01, REV. 5 FORMAT (TAC NO. ME4264)
Dear Mr. Reddeman:
By application dated July 16, 2010, Energy Northwest (EN, the licensee) requested approval of an Emergency Action Level (EAL) scheme change from Nuclear Management and Resources Council/National Environmental Studies Project (NUMARC/NESP)-007 to Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) 99-01, Rev. 5. By letter dated August 25, 2010 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML102430334), EN superseded its July 16, 2010, application and submitted a new request.
The NRC staff acknowledges your request to supersede the application dated July 16, 2010, and has ceased its review under TAC No. ME4264. Your application dated August 25,2010, will be reviewed under TAC No. ME4589.
