FERMI 2 - WITHDRAWAL OF LICENSE AMENDMENT REQUEST REGARDING CYBER SECURITY PLAN (TAC NO. ME2678)
Dear Mr. Davis:
By letter dated November 19, 2009 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML093310435), Detroit Edison Company (DECO, the licensee), submitted a license amendment request (LAR) for Palisades Nuclear Plant (Palisades). The proposed amendment requested approval of the Cyber Security Plan for Palisades. Subsequently, by letter dated July 27,2010 (ADAMS Accession No. ML102110113), the licensee submitted a new Cyber Security Plan LAR for Palisades and withdrew the original LAR dated November 19, 2009.
The purpose of this letter is to advise that the November 19, 2009, LAR is being treated as withdrawn. Accordingly, TAC No. ME2678 will be closed upon issuance of this letter. The LAR dated July 27, 2010, is being reviewed under TAC No. IVI E4366. Notice of Consideration of Issuance of the proposed amendment dated November 19, 2009, had not been published in the Federal Register.
