ML0905707410.pdf Importance: High Bill & Gordon, According to the TVA letter dated March 20, 2008, and NUREG-0847, Supplement 21 (see attached documents), the TVA action to address GL 1983-28 (ATWS) for Items 3.1, 3.2, 4.2, and 4.5 was to submit Technical Specifications for NRC review. The NRC action was to review the Technical Specifications.

I am not able to find GL 1983-28 Items 3.1, 3.2, 4.2, and 4.5 in Technical Specifications or the TRM. You stated that the information is not in these documents but it is contained in the FSAR.

If TVA does not intend to place the information regarding GL 1983-28 Items 3.1, 3.2, 4.2, and 4.5 in Technical Specifications, the documentation needs to clarify this. Please provide a supplement to the TVA letter dated March 20, 2008, to clearly explain where the information addressing GL 1983-28 Items 3.1, 3.2, 4.2, and 4.5 are located.
