RAI Response Date Extension for PBAPS and LSCS LLRW LAR RAIs Messrs: Hughey, Norton, and DiFrancesco, The purpose of this message is to memorialize the your phone conversations earlier today with Mr. Jeff Hansen from Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) regarding an extension of the submittal date for certain RAI responses.
Specifically, Mr. Hansen requested an extension of the submittal date for RAIs associated with a Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station (PBAPS) and a LaSalle County Station (LSCS) license amendment request (LAR) that would allow each station to receive and store low-level radioactive waste generated at a different EGC nuclear station. The PBAPS RAIs were transmitted by letter dated 15-Jul-2010, and the LSCS RAIs were transmitted by letter dated 14-Jul-2010 During the phone conversations, you agreed with extending the submittal date from 13-Aug for the LSCS LAR RAI responses and 16-Aug for the PBAPS LAR RAI responses to Friday, 20-Aug for both sets of RAI John L.
