I looked quickly at petrography reports and didn't see anything that unusual, but will look at in more detail. Also will look at material I received late yesterday. I also talked to Jy-An Wang and he reconfirmed that he can review any analyses or fracture mechanics work, You noted that a paper Herman Graves and I wrote on inspection was cited by an intervener relative to Crystal River. Is there a copy of his petition available so I can see how paper was referenced? This paper was written about ten years ago and there have been many advancements since then, inspection requirements have increased, and there is a history of good operating experience relative to the structures.
