RE: Position on CR Petition I agree with Lou's discussion regarding an on-going NRC proceeding (completion of the SIT, inspection report and public exit). However, currently the SIT is not completed and there is not any inspection report or public exit meeting that is readily available to the petitioner. Please note that the SIT charter is not a publicly available document. Therefore, we have to treat the petitioner's request under 10 CFR 2.206 process until the completion of the SIT.
