I think Nov 20 is ok because they should have a small number of contributing causes that will define the corrective action plan and repairs but we should monitor next week activities and then make a final decision.

Based on the info below, do you think a meeting with the licensee on Nov 20 is still prudent? I'm concerned that they may need more time to develop their root cause analysis and corrective action plan for us to have a meaningful meeting with them. Your thoughts?
