For clarity, the following is a listing of the NRC requested documents and an updated status.

Item 2: System Requirements Specification (Document Number WNA-DS-01617, Revision 1).

Item 3: Watts Bar 2 - Common Q PAMS ISG-6 Compliance Matrix.

Item 4: Watts Bar Unit 2 (WBN2) Post Accident Monitoring System (PAMS) Licensing Technical Report (Document Number WNA-LI-00058-WBT, Revision 0).

Item 5: Software Requirements Specification (Document Number WNA-SD-00239-WBT, Revision 1).

The following updates the status of the above five items:

Item 1: Enclosures 1, 2, and 3 contain the updated version of the proprietary document, the nonproprietary document, and the Application for Withholding Proprietary Information from Public Disclosure Affidavit.

Item 2: Enclosures 4, 5, and 6 contain the updated version of the proprietary document, the nonproprietary document, and the Application for Withholding Proprietary Information from Public Disclosure Affidavit.

Item 3: The vendor declassified this document, and it was included in TVA's response submitted to NRC in Reference 3.

Item 4: The updated proprietary document, the nonproprietary document, and the Application for Withholding Proprietary Information from Public Disclosure Affidavit were submitted in Reference 1.

Item 5: Enclosures 7, 8, and 9 contain the updated version of the proprietary document, the nonproprietary document, and the Application for Withholding Proprietary Information from Public Disclosure Affidavit.

Enclosures 1, 4, and 7 contain information proprietary to Westinghouse. TVA requests that this Westinghouse proprietary information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR § 2.390. Enclosures 3, 6, and 9, respectively, contain their Applications for Withholding Proprietary Information from Public Disclosure Affidavit.

Submittal of the enclosed documents completes TVA's commitments made in Reference 2. This letter does not contain any new commitments. I declare under the penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct. Executed on the 14 th day of July, 2010.
