FW: Oconee Discharge Pathway from Turbine Building Sumps to CTP3 Along East Side of Turbine Building Geoff-The attached files show the discharge pathway from the turbine building sumps to the yard drain on the east side of the turbine building. As discussed with you, some of the manholes appear to have been paved over at some point and are not visible. I believe that the manholes are located along the centerline of the road which runs parallel to the east side of the turbine building.

Basil Carney met with me this morning and we traced down the discharge pathway along the east side of the turbine building from the Turbine Building Sumps to CTP3. The arrows on the first pdf are mine along with the notes. I also showed the location of GM-25 on this drawing.

The second pdf is a station drawing showing the entire route. (Note: Other reference drawings used were O-30A, 0-424A, 0-20-2, 0-20-6, 0-20-5,0-20-9, 0-20-14, 0364, and O-400B. OFD-133A-1.5 is the flow diagram from TBS Y2 sumps, OFD-133A-3.4 is the flow diagram for TBS3)

The third drawing is an excel file showing which portions of the system have been refurbished.

Comments on this:

I. I do not believe that all of this pipe has been inspected. Most of the video inspection occurred around the TBS monitor tanks near GM-16 well pairs.

2. This pipe is further north of where the plume is being shown. The well at GM-25 will provide some useful information and appears to be located in a good position to see contamination from this line if any exists.

None of this piping has been used since 2008 to discharge sump water to CTP3.
