- Sam, With reference to the above RR, staff needs the following clarification:
Please verify the code of record for Fermi 2: RR-A38 states ASME Section XI, 2001 Edition (No Addenda) per 10 CFR50.55a(b)(2)(xv) for Appendix VIII. However, in their other submittal for RR-A30, it states that the ASME Code,Section XI, 2001 Edition through the 2003 Addenda is the code of record. It is possible that Fermi 2 is using the 2001 Edition (No Addenda) for Appendix VIII while the 2001 Edition with the 2003 Addenda is the Code of Record.
