ISFSI Docket Number 72-45 Registration of Spent Fuel Storage Cask Catawba Nuclear Station is currently loading spent nuclear fuel into NAC-UMS dry cask storage systems as controlled by Certificate of Compliance No. 1015, Amendment No. 4' In accordance with 10 CFR 72.212(b)(1)(ii), Duke hereby registers the use of cask serial number CNOFCTKNO29. Loading of cask CNOFCTKN029 was completed and the cask was placed on the ISFSI pad on June 14, 2010.

There are no NRC commitments contained in this letter.
