CENG Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant Unit I CCNPPI-OAR-004-019 a ,enlure of FOURTH INSERVICE INSPECTION INTERVAL Rev. 00 0Com on '11 2010 OWNERS' ACTIVITY REPORT F-y N FOR Date: June 3, 2010 INSERVICE EXAMINATIONS Page 1-2of i-8 ABSTRACT This Owner's Activity Report summarizes the results of the Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant (CCNPP), Unit 1, American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (B&PVC), Section Xl, In-service (ISI) Examinations performed in Refueling Outage Nineteen (RFO-19). during the period from February 22, 2010 through March 25, 2010, the First outage of the First In-service Inspection Period which began on July 1, 2009 and is scheduled to end on June 30, 2012 and the First outage of the Fourth Ten-Year In-service Inspection Interval (July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2019).
In addition, the CCNPP Unit 1 Third Ten-Year In-service Inspection Interval was extended to June 30, 2010 as allowed tby IWA-24N0(d)(1). The examinations being performed to satisfy the requirements of the extended third inspection interval were performed in conjunction with the examinations performed to satisfy the requirements of the first outage of the fourth inspection interval- The examinations performed to satisfy the requirements of either the extended third inspection interval or the fourth inspection interval were not credited to both intervals.
As an alternate to the requirements of the ASME, Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (B&PVC),Section XI, Article IWA-6000, CCNP.P is implementing ASME Code Case N-532-4, "Alternative Requirements to Repair and Replacement Documentation Requirements and Inservice Summary Report Preparation and Submission as Required by IWA-4000 and IWA-6000,Section XI, Division 1". Regulatory Guide 1.147, Revision 15, approved ASME Code Case N-532-4 for use. This Report complieswith the requirements of Code Case N-532-4.
In accordance with ASME Section Al, IW632412 (a)i IWC-2412, IWD-2412 and IWE-2412(a)., and with the exception of those examinations that are limited to components selected for examination under Examination Categories B-L-2 and B-M-2.and required onlywhen the pump or valve is disassembled as specified in Table IWB-2500-1, IWC-2500-1, IWD-2500-1, IWF-2500-1 and IWE-2500-1, including those examinations which CCNPP has requested and received approval in the form of requests for relief or alternates, the required examinations in each examination category have been completed for the Third Inspection Interval and the First outage of the First In-service Inspection Period, of the Fourth Inspection Interval in accordance with Tables IWB-2412-1, IWC-2412-1, IWD-2412-1, and IWE-2412-1.
OWNER'S ACTIVITY REPORTS - FORM OAR-1 Owner's Activity Reports Form OAR-I's were prepared and certified upon completion of the Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant Unit 1, 2010 refueling outage (RFO-19) examination activity in accordance with the following inspection plans:
CENG-CCNPP1-ISI-003, Third In-service Inspection Plan and Schedule CENG-CCNPPl-ISI-004, Fourth In-service Inspection Plan and Schedule In addition to the Owner's Activity Report, Form OAR-1, the following Tables are also included:.

Items with Flaws or Relevant Conditions that Require Evaluation for Continued Service, Table 1, provides a listing of item(s) with flaws or relevant conditions that required evaluation to determine acceptability for continued service, whether or not the flawor relevant condition was discovered during a scheduled examination or test, and provides such information as Examination Category, Examination Item Number, Item Description, Flaw Characterization (as required by IWA-3300)."

Abstract of Repairs, Replacements or Corrective Measures Required for Continued Service, Table 2, identifies those items containing flaws or relevant conditions that exceeded the ASME Section XI acceptance criteria (IWX-3000) or in the case of supports IWF-3000 acceptance criteria; even though the discovery of the flaw or relevant condition that necessitated the repair, replacement or corrective measure, may not have resulted from an examination or test required by Section XI, and provides such information as Code Class, whether the item is a repair, replacement or corrective action, item description, description of work, if the flaw or relevant condition was found during a scheduled Section XI Examination or test, date completed and the repair replacement plan number.
