SUMMARY
On April 13, 2010, at 6:00 p.m.. the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff met with interested members of the public and Exelon at the Londonderry Town Hall, Middletown, PA to review and discuss the NRC's Annual Assessment of the performance of the Three Mile Island Power Station, Unit 1. The NRC assessment of the safety performance at Three Mile Island Unit 1 was for the period from January 1 through December 31,2009. The staff used posters, handouts, and an electronic slide show to discuss performance and respond to questions. In addition to NRC staff, several licensee staff members, two reporters, and several state and local officials attended the meeting.
