- REGULATORY COMMITMENT REGARDING INSTRUMENTATION SETPOINT METHODOLOGY This letter responds to NRC's verbal request received during a teleconference held on April 29, 2010, regarding the instrumentation setpoint methodology to be utilized at WBN Unit 2. Asa result of that teleconference, TVA commits to incorporate the instrumentation setpoint methodology that is consistent with WBN Unit 2 Licensing Bases into the WBN Unit 2 FSAR no later than Amendment 100.
