Watts Bar Nuclear Plant (WBN) Unit 2 - Transmittal of TVA EEB-TI-28, Branch Technical Instruction, "Setpoint Calculations" The purpose of this letter is to provide the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) with a copy of Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) EEB-TI-28, Branch Technical Instruction, "Setpoint Calculations," as requested during a conversation between the NRC Staff and TVA. Specific information requested by the NRC pertains to the Westinghouse-prepared calculations provided on Pages 29, 30, 55, and Appendix A, Section 3.1.21. The enclosure to this letter provides the requested information.
