This is an extended power uprate (EPU) pre-application meeting between Progress Energy, representing Florida Power Corporation (the licensee),
and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the licensee's plans for EPU related digital modifications in support of FCS at Crystal River Unit 3.
