ISFSI Docket Number 72-45 Registration of Spent Fuel Storage Casks Catawba Nuclear Station is currently loading spent nuclear fuel into NAC-UMS dry cask storage systems as controlled by Certificate of Compliance No. 1015, Amendment No. 4. In accordance with 10 CFR 72.212(b)(1)(ii), Duke hereby registers the use of cask serial numbers CNOFCTKNO26 and CNOFCTKNO37.
Loading of cask CNOFCTKNO26 was completed and the cask was placed on the ISFSI pad on April 19, 2010. Loading of cask CNOFCTKNO37 was completed and the cask was placed on the ISFSI pad on April 30, 2010.
There are no NRC commitments contained in this letter.
