Dear Mr. Gatlin:
This refers to the Category 3 public meeting which was held on April 28, 2010, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., in the McCrorey-Liston Elementary School, 1978 State Highway 215 South in Blair, SC. The purpose of the meeting was to provide an open public forum to discuss the NRC Reactor Oversight Process and the Annual Assessment of the Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC=s "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC=s document system (ADAMS).
