INSURANCE STATUS The purpose of this letter is to inform the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) pursuant to 10 CFR 140.13 of the amount of financial protection carried by the Tennessee Valley Authority. The enclosure to this letter provides a copy of the certificate of insurance coverage issued by the American Nuclear Insurers (ANI) with respect to the nuclear facility at the locations shown and the operations described.
There are no regulatory commitments associated with this submittal.
