Process for NRC review of Root Cause Info Dennis and Charles; As I understand it, this will be the process'for transferring Root Cause packages to the NRC for-review. These packages S wil be.considered preliminary, are not final packages, and are being transmitted to facilitate our timely review of the final root cause.
PII will transmit the packages to Charles Williams for his release.
Charles Williams will send the package to PE licensing (Dennis Herrin) for his release.
Dennis Herrin will transmit:3 copies tothe NRC by email or flash drive (depending on thesize)
