Thank you very much. I keep ask them to provide me an accurate or at least adequate schedule for me to do the inspection planning. Originally, they do not want to provide me any schedule because they said that they do not have any repair planning yet. Finally, I do receive this schedule. As I forwarded this schedule to all of you previously, I stated that the schedule was not very accurate because the startup date is March 28 or 30 and Lou Lake told me that the top management told him that the startup date is on May sometime. So, I knew that was a lot of difference.

This problem can be fixed only by you and Crystal River top management. Yes, we will keep it in the house only for ourselves if you get a more accurate schedule.

Rich, I talked with Sid Powel regarding getting you/us a more accurate schedule of activities for our planning purposes. The schedules you have been getting are not close. I know they are keeping it close to the vest for business reasons on how long it will take to repair. All they said at the PNSC yesterday regarding the schedule is that they were behind. After the meeting, Roger was told by the presenter that Rx Startup would most likey be in June. I will also touch base with upper management on the need to get the most accurate schedule to you/us for the purpose of planning. When we do get a more accurate schedule, we need to keep the information inhouse since we do not release shutdown/startup information.

it looks like the root cause analysis is delayed to 2/14/2010. The detension is also delayed to start on 2/6/2010 instead of the previous schedule of 1/30/2010.
