Subject:

Proposal for the inspection of Crystal River 3 Containment Wall Opening Closure and Repair of Wall Delamination Lou:

A. Schedule or Incomplete Inspection for Containment Wall Opening Closure under SGRP Rebar Review and Observation of New Concrete Pour - One Week (or One Trip)

B.

Combination of Inspections for the Containment Wall Opening Closure and Delamination Repair Under IP 50001 - SGRP

1. Tendon Detension and Work Procedure Review
2. Hydraulic Demolition
3. Bore Drilling for Radial Rebars if Required or Applicable
4. Rebar Installation Including New Reinforcement and New Concrete Pour
5. Retension of Tendons Each Item needs about 2 trips - one in the beginning and another one in the middle. Some of them can be combined if they work in the same week. I will estimate a total of 7 to 10 trips needed depending on the complexity or with the new items or cracks identified. The repair area is so large and will take somtime to complete.

IP 50001 will be closed after the restart with Post Modification Testing completed.

C. If the SITand/or NRR Needing the Verification of the No New Cracks After Retension of Tendons

1. Two or Three Months Later After Retension - Two or Three Inspections for NDE Testing or Core Boring
2. One or Two Years After Retension - Two or Three Inspections for NDE Testing or Core Boring If you need additional information, please let me know.
