Clarification on Vertical Tendons Categories:
Perform Review Yesterday, during our conference call, I mentioned that CR was considering not de-tensioning vertical tendons, thought they were in the area of the delamination but wasn't sure, and that it didn't seem to make sense. I followed up with Garry and got clarification. In order to better stabilize Buttresses #3 and #4 during the de-tensioning sequence, they are considering not de-tensioning tendons located within and just to each side of these buttresses. They have not made a final decision.
