SIT debrief template Lou/Bob, This is how I did last week's brief (maybe 5 minutes):
"The meeting purpose is to debrief the Crystal River SIT progress to regional management" "Introductions..."
" "Plant Status: CR is currently in No Mode, defueled, Green Risk. SG replacement activities are in progress. Both New SGs have been moved into containment and are in ther cubicles. Major activities related to containment delamination issue.include: ongoing NDE (70% done?); ongoing root cause (down to 30 ?); ongoing design analysis; and Public meeting scheduled for Nov 20 in HQ."
