Dear Mr. McCartney:
This refers to the meeting conducted at our request at the Hartsville Public Library on April 21, 2010, at 6:30 pm. The meeting's purpose was to discuss the NRC Reactor Oversight Process Annual Assessment of H.B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant Unit 2.
The topics discussed included the reactor oversight process, the NRCs action matrix and the performance of the Robinson Nuclear Plant.
Enclosed are a list of attendees and the presentation handouts.
