ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON REACTOR SAFEGUARDS REVIEW OF THE DUANE ARNOLD ENERGY CENTER, LICENSE RENEWAL APPLICATION - SAFETY EVALUATION REPORT WITH OPEN ITEMS The license renewal staff and technical branches have completed their review of the Duane Arnold Energy Center (DAEC) license renewal application (LRA) and have issued the Safety Evaluation Report With Open Items Related to the License Renewal of Duane Arnold Energy Center, Docket No. 50-331. We request that the Advisory Sub-Committee on Reactor Safeguards (ACRS) review the staffs Safety Evaluation Report With Open Items for the DAEC LRA. The DAEC LRA is currently scheduled for review by the ACRS Full Committee in October 2010. The required copies of the pertinent documents have already been delivered to the ACRS (Point of Contact, Kathy Weaver at 301-415-6236).
