This refers to the meeting conducted at our request at the Oconee World of Energy in Seneca, South Carolina on April 8, 2010, at 6:30 p.m. (EDT). The meetings purpose was to provide an open public forum to discuss the NRC Reactor Oversight Process and the Annual Assessment of the Oconee Nuclear Station.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC=s "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC=s document system (ADAMS).
