MHC understands that the proposed license renewal for the Seabrook, New Hampshire Nuclear Power Pla*t, including existing 345 kV transmission lines in Massachusetts, proposes no new construction, demolition or refurbishment activities. Because no new construction is proposed, the MHC has no concerns.
