Outside of Scope Inspection Issue Status:

Three Mile Island:

ISI and RP inspections to cover the outage, ISI activities, and SG replacement activities in progress.

Inspections in progress. (Nimitz, Gray, Burket, Kaufman performing inspections.) Ron Nimitz is continuing inspection of HP issues associated with 11/21/09 contamination event. Based on complexity of the issue, a stand-alone report will be developed for this matter for the period 11/22/2009-1/31/2010. The report number is 05000289/2010007. Allegations relative to the contamination event have been processed by ARB and will be handled by RFI.

Licensee RCE has been completed and will be referenced in stand-alone report.

Hot Leg LBLOCA discussed in telecon with licensee and NRR on 12/15. Expect that submittal will be made prior to restart.
