Purpose:

To discuss the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's assessment of the safety performance of the Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant for calendar year2009 and the role of the agency in ensuring safe plant operations.

Lauver, Licensing Director D. Fitz. Senior Analyst, Corporate Communications Public Participation*: This is a Category 1 Meeting. The NRC staff will hold an open house to discuss Constellation's performance at Calvert Cliffs during calendar year 2009 and the role of the agency in ensuring safe plant operations. During the session the public will have the opportunity to talk with the NRC staff on an informal basis.
