- David, At this point, we don't have any reason to delay Brannen's plans to visit CR3. we think it's a great opportunity for him to observe the refueling and generator replacement activities. The licensee is performing several major upgrades to the primary and secondary plant components and I can't recall another outage with this many major mods being implemented.
