RE: Crystal River SIT entrance
- Mark, Could you pls advise me as to how you plan to document the results of the SIT findings; for example, will this be handled/documented thru an inspection report...or it seems like we could end up having a license amendment request submitted by the licensee depending on the results and the corrective action.,..bottom line, Bernie has asked me what tac number we would use for this effort in support of contract assistance. If it's inspection related, that will determine our PA code, budgeting codes, etc.. so, I'll need your assistance in determining how we should handle this. Could we pls discuss this tomorrow.. thanks a bunch!

Crystal River SIT entrance A charter will most likely go out tomorrow. The initial team will include Lou as lead, Bob, George Thomas and later a contractor TBD.
Bob, please plan on conducting the entrance Tuesday afternoon (10/13).
