Gray, Joseph Wednesday, October 07, 2009 11:45 AM Burns, Stephen New items 10/7 Outside of Scope "73) Crystal River discovered a 1/2 inch crack in containment concrete during work on containment to install new steam generators (plant is shutdown for SG replacement). Bruce Mallett indicates that there is some evidence that the crack may be all the way around the containment circumference (360 crack) and there is very significant concern. As it happens, the Chairman is scheduled to visit Crystal R. this Fdday.
