- Mark, FYI Per Regional Office No. 0360, Rev.1, HRMS Time and Labor User's Guide, your staff should charge hours for technical review support of the CR 3 containment crack issue against the current resident inspection report number no. 05000302/2009-005 with REG Task.
Page 8 of the ROI states that the REG Task is Regional Techical Support and defined as non-direct inspection time spent, usually by a DRS inspector, in support of an ongoing inspection. Mainly used to charge in-office reviews responding to technical questions (e.g., Part 50.59 reviews, operability determination...).
