Crystal River talking points
- Marvin, Some thoughts for talking points:
In 1976, Crystal River repaired a concrete delamination issue affecting the dome. A Containment Construction Integrity Test was successfullyperformed after the repair.
A containment pressure test that simulates accident pressure conditions was last performed in 2005 and was successful.
" The licensee is in the process of discovery to determine the extent of cracking and its impact on the structure.
The licensee will resolve the issue before startup.
NRC inspectors are onsite to independently inspect and review the adequacy of licensee actions.
