RESPONSE OF TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY TO LICENSING BOARD MEMORANDUM AND ORDER DATED MARCH 5, 2010 REGARDING INITIAL PREHEARING CONFERENCE TRANSCRIPT CORRECTIONS In response to the Boards Memorandum and Order dated March 5, 2010 (Order), we have reviewed the transcript and video of the Initial Prehearing Conference held on March 1, 2010 in the above captioned proceeding. As directed in the Boards Order, TVA submits its proposed corrections to the transcript pertaining to counsel for TVAs arguments and responses in the attached Errata. The corrections proposed are viewed as material; numerous other errors have been identified, but are not proposed here.
Further, in keeping with the Boards Order, TVA provided a draft of its Errata to Counsel for the NRC Staff and Petitioners on March 12, 2010, in an effort to obtain their agreement. TVA received proposed transcript corrections from counsel for the NRC Staff and Petitioners on March 12 and 15, 2010, respectively. Because of the considerable number of corrections proposed by the participants, we were unable adequately coordinate and provide our agreement to the corrections proposed by the other participants in the time available.
