Dear Mr. Brisighella and Mr. Thams:
Enclosed is a copy of Aerotest Operations, Inc., Aerotest Radiography and Research Reactor; Notice of Consideration of Approval of Transfer and Conforming Amendment, Opportunity for a Hearing, and Order Imposing Procedures for Access to Sensitive Unclassified Non-Safeguards Information related to the application dated January 19, 2010, as supplemented by letters dated February 2, 2010, March 23, 2010, and April 1, and 19, 2010. The application seeks approval, pursuant to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 50.80 (10 CFR 50.80), of the proposed indirect transfer of Facility Operating License No. R-98 for the Aerotest Radiography and Research Reactor (ARRR), currently held by Aerotest Operations, Inc., a subsidiary of OEA Aerospace, Inc., to X-Ray Industries, Inc., and of the conforming amendment to the license to reflect the transfer pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90.
This notice is being forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
