Our audit. of your submittal indicates that the Indian Point Unit No. 2 design and operation does meet the applicable regulations. This letter serves to resolve item F.3 in our Order of February 1I, 1980. However, the detailed reviews in such generic areas as emergency phinning, environmental qualification of safety related electrical equipment, quality assurance, and fire protection may identify additional measures for consideration. If additiona -concernsi arise, they will be addressed in the individual detailed reviews.
